As founder of ActionPoint, Michelle brings deep expertise in marketing, strategic communications, and content leadership that’s shaped by decades of experience launching brands, products, and services for industry leaders including Blue Cross, Chase, Microsoft, and Volt, among others. She spearheaded marketing initiatives in software, hardware, healthcare, consumer and B2B technology, across corporate, agency, and consulting roles.

Michelle started her career with respected PR agencies Ogilvy & Mather and Waggener Edstrom, helping shape messaging for powerhouse brands like Dell, Microsoft, and Panasonic. As VP of Technology Communications, she took Chase Bank through a critical organizational transformation. Later, as Director of Marketing at Volt Information Sciences, she rebranded and built a marketing team that drove significant growth.

At Hitachi Consulting, Michelle established and built a content development team in support of global sales enablement. After relocating to Northern California, she provided interim communications for Intel, and at Western Health Advantage, led multi-channel content marketing strategy, and editorial direction for Advantage Magazine as well as all health and wellness content and publications.

Now, Michelle partners with forward-thinking organizations to sharpen their messaging, build teams, and develop clear, compelling content. Whether stepping in as a fractional leader or project-based advisor, she helps companies strengthen their brand and engage the audiences that matter most.
